In early 2026, the Yueyang Cross-Border E-commerce Association (YYCEA) organized a productive study tour for its member enterprise representatives, conducting an in-depth visit to Saize Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. These practical experiences resonated strongly with the menber enterprise representatives present, sparking lively discussions around the most pressing pain points in their own businesses. The topics were very specific, for example: production cost control and efficient delivery solutions for "small-batch, multi-variety orders"; how to scientifically decide on the location and inventory level of "overseas warehouses" based on sales data at different development stages; and how to accurately grasp the cultural preferences and consumption habits of local consumers when conducting "brand localization operations" in new markets.
